SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for visiting and shopping at farmerStores. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Please remember this is not a regular e-commerce store where there is an inventory is maintained. This initiative is to enable farmers to sell direct to consumers. farmers will need a minimum size of order to be achieved that will enable them sell their produce. We will process your orders only after the targeted volume is achieved. We will keep you informed about the progress and the expected time of delivery.
Once the target volume is achieved, we will ask inform the farmer to process / make the harvest and ship it to our location, from where it will further be distributed.
The total shipping cost from the farm to consumers' location will be estimated and will be billed at actuals to the consumer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed to customer satisfaction. While we take all sincere efforts to supply you with quality products, for reasons whatsoever if you are not satisfied with the product, you can choose to return it within 24 hours of delivery. Since we are dealing with agricultural commodities which are perishable, we will not be able to take returns beyond the stipulated time. The goods are delivered as supplied by the farmers and we are open to feedback. We will certainly forward your comments to the respective farmers so that necessary actions are taken in further shipments. We will offer replacements for the products to will refund the amount. No shipping charges will be charged for taking return of the items.
